Precios gift during Cyclone Gene

By our records, Noelani MataTiare Fihaki is the newest addition to the Cavu Clan; delivered on Tuesday 29th January at 1.30am with Cyclone Gene still raging through Fiji!! Birth weight-4.1kg; nickname (according to her father)- Storm! Noelani is the daugther of Mr. and Mrs. Lupeti Fihaki, who currently live in Suva. Lupeti is the son of Mr. and Mrs Pio Fihaki and grandson of Pu Elenoa (Cavu) Fihaki and Grandpa John Fihaki. Pu Elenoa's siblings include our Tua-s Lepani, Netani, Vosa, Wele and Ilaisa and our grandmothers, Pu-s Litia and Unaisi.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Fihaki!!

The Blue Lagoon cruise photos were taken between 27/12/07 - 30/12/07 of my (Theresa Koroi) holiday in the Yasawas with Gina (Cole), Pu Viniana'a grand-daughter from New Zealand and friends from work. For our rellies especially outside Fiji, this is a FABULOUS cruise and I recommend it very highly to you all!!

Visit to aunty Emma at Sigatoka 19th Jan 2008

Mum, (Mrs. Koroi), aunty Marama Cavu and I went to visit aunty Emma in Sigatoka last Saturday. We took with us some fresh fruit and the well wishes of those in Suva that weren't able to make the trip. Aunty Emma has been diagonised with breast cancer and has had one mastectomy. Subsequently she has opted for Fijian herbal remedies and appears to be making a comfortable recovery. Later this week we hope to have her in Suva for some massage therapy administered by Pu Mate's (Cavu) niece Finau in Valelevu. We will keep you updated.
